I were so charmed by the room. the room was clean plus had fresh towels. it also featured tea and coffee facilities. the staff were helpful. They answered questions about nearby attractions.

the bathroom mirror have little crack in the corner but it werent big deal.

The staff was friendly and helpful, I must say. Nermine was particularly helpful, and she looked after us very well. The hotel had tea and coffee readily available, which I found great. It had a car park too.

The room light on the ceiling wasn't attached properly. It was just hanging. It was a small issue. Nonetheless, it stood out.

Anna was friendly, kind, and lovely with us. Her great attitude and attention was superb. She offered assistance from check-in through departure. Staff were very helpful and courteous. They attended to everything we asked for.
